Vinelio Properties was founded in June 2007 by the owner, Anton Viljoen, with offices situated in the Moot- east area, Queenswood Extension.2. From here, the areas of Queenswood, Kilnerpark, Môregloed, and Waverley are primarily served - but other areas are not excluded.
About the Owner
Anton Viljoen is exceptionally qualified and trained to assist you with all your property needs.
Anton qualified as an estate agent under the old dispensation in March 2007, when he wrote and passed the ‘old board exam’, qualifying as a Certified Estate Agent (CEA).
This was not good enough for him. He had a dream of rendering an exceptional, all-encompassing professional service to clients; and, through his conduct , to change any negative perceptions about estate agents that might exist in the minds of the public.
To achieve this dream, Anton also wrote the Principal’s and Commercial Industrial examinations of the Institute of Estate Agents South Africa - North (IEASA), also attending various other courses through IEASA – including sectional title; rentals; property valuations; deeds office procedures etc.
His ambition and dream did not stop there. He proceeded to follow the new qualification curriculum for estate agents implemented in early 2008, and has already completed the Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) process. Examinations are scheduled for early 2009.
The new qualification curriculum also opened other opportunities. Anton consequently qualified as a constituent Assessor and Moderator, and is now capable of assessing learners completing the RPL process.
Anton thoroughly recognizes the fact that one must continuously strive for more knowledge and skills, and are presently also in the process of obtaining a diploma in Property Practice.
